Documentary summary of the LIFE ECOGRANULARWATER project. The video explains what water nitrate pollution consists of, its causes and the possible effects of ingesting water polluted by this compound. It also describes the methodology of the project, detailing the different phases of the construction of the prototype, the functioning of the biological systems used, the elements necessary for the control and maintenance of the plant, etc. It points out the municipality in which it has been implemented and presents all the results obtained both from the point of view of the efficiency of the system in the elimination of pollutants, from the economic point of view and from the reduction of environmental impacts in relation to other technologies used to solve this problem.
